Garrett Nicholson Ltd is a quality building company with an excellent reputation for reliable service and professional workmanship.

We were established in 1985 and operate throughout Scotland. In the last 12 months, we have set up a specific division to carry out new build extensions, dormers and conversions.

We also carry out principal contracting projects for councils and housing associations. We are a specialist subcontractor, undertaking rendering and external wall insulation for a range of polymer renders manufactured systems.
